Subway restaurant at Cowra, NSW is looking for a Assistant manager (30 - 38 hours a week) to join their happy team and help grow!
Key Responsibilities:
- Should be available to work during the day.
- Development of employees in line with the Subway® brand’s training requirements
- Lead by example
- Ordering stock, checking in deliveries and checking invoices
- Check rosters weekly and cross check actuals
- Ensuring all team are in full uniform
- Manage cash balances and minimize wastage
- Ensure 100% compliance in accordance to Subway® and council guidelines
- Direct and undertake housekeeping activities such as maintaining restaurant cleanliness and presentation

- Implement in-store marketing material and POP in line with campaigns
- Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injury
- Provide a safe work environment for employees and customers
- Promote and encourage a high level of customer service amongst employees
- Handle unresolved and/or escalated customer complaints
- Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, inquiries and catering to customer needs.
As a Assistant manager you will serve and add value to team and guest's needs in an efficient and friendly manner. In this role you will promote Subway® brand awareness and ensure hygiene and food standards are met.
