As a Supervisor at BORACK Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in leading teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients. Your leadership and organizational skills will be vital in coordinating tasks, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of racking and warehouse installation projects across various client sites.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to meet project goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to specifications and industry best practices.
- Safety Oversight: Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, conducting regular checks to minimize risks on-site.
- Communication: Effectively communicate daily goals, site updates, and requirements with the crew, management, and operations using appropriate channels.
- Resource Allocation: Manage materials, tools, and equipment effectively to optimize project timelines and budgets.
- Problem-Solving: Address challenges or delays promptly, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the racking or warehouse
- Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on results.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- White Card, Forklift License and Scissors License (required).
- Current Driver's License (required).
- Willingness to travel
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience similar role in construction or warehouse installation.
- Relevant trade or industry certifications are highly desirable.
