Rob Carr Pty Ltd is a leading specialist in trenchless and conventional pipeline construction, micro-tunnelling, deep shaft, and service installations. We operate nationally, delivering complex water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects for councils, utilities, and Tier 1 contractors.
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Project Operations team in Sydney, New South Wales. This role involves working on technically challenging infrastructure projects, coordinating on-site activities, and ensuring high-quality project execution.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- On-Site Supervision: Coordinate and manage construction activities, including:
- Installation of water & wastewater pipelines
- Excavation, shoring, and deep sewer construction
- Concrete structures, finishing work, and road restoration
- Team & Contractor Management: Ensure workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers meet safety, budget, and quality standards.
- Project Coordination: Oversee plant, equipment, materials, and procurement to maintain cost control.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to uphold site safety.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients and local communities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation, reporting, and site inspections align with project requirements.
What You Need:
- 5+ years as a Supervisor in civil construction
- Strong experience in water/wastewater pipelines, deep sewers, concrete structures
- Preferably microtunnelling experience
- Construction Induction (White Card)
- Cert IV in Civil Supervision (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven leadership & communication skills
- Previous experience managing a construction workforce
- Be focused on Safety, Quality the Environment and Productivity
- Be reliable and committed
