About the role
you'll supervise stabilisation projects across North QLD, coordinating crews, equipment and timelines. A mix of hands-on leadership and operational oversight, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently.
Duties
- Manage site operations and crew coordination
- Oversee quality, safety and daily reporting
- Liaise with clients and project engineers
- Stabilisation or roadworks experience
- Leadership of crews or civil teams
- Strong communication and planning skills
- White card and HR licence (preferred)
- Willingness to travel and stay away
- Company vehicle + LAHA + travel covered
- Be part of major Regional road works
- Supportive team with real leadership impact
