ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join our Infrastructure team supporting our long-term complex land development scopes in Kalgoorlie, WA or Port Hedland, WA. As the Supervisor you will be responsible site works including bulk earthworks, drainage, services and roads. Other
Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Planning and scheduling works in close collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Coordinating resources, subcontractors, and materials.
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities, planning, and supervision.
- Monitoring and enforcing HSE standards and compliance.
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and in line with project requirements.
To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- 5+ year's experience in a Supervisor role, working on civil infrastructure scope.
- Previous experience on land development, drainage or roadwork projects.
- Sound knowledge of subdivision processes including scheduling, planning and execution.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
