- Grow Together: Monitor team performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of both Optical and Audiology services.
- Who Are You? You come from a retail background and are ready to take the next step in developing your leadership skills.
- Quick Thinker: Problem-solving comes naturally to you. Your driven and always on the lookout for ways to keep customers coming back feeling good.
- Calm Under Pressure: You know how to keep your cool, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism even during the busiest times.
- Customer Service Pro: Building rapport is your thing. You take pride in delivering high-quality service and being a go-to team player in store.
