Job Title: Full-Time Administrative Assistant

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Essential Care Victoria is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our clients. We are a CHSP service provider, we are looking for a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with inquiries.
- Making outbound calls to clients, staff, and stakeholders as needed.
- Scheduling and managing client bookings efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating schedules.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably handling calls.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
