Job Title: Casual Male Support Worker (NDIS Clients)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate male support worker aged 25–35 to provide individualised support to NDIS participants living in the community. This role is casual, with consistent shifts available for the right candidate. You will be supporting clients with a range of daily living tasks and community engagement, helping them live more independently and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, domestic tasks, and daily routines
- Assist with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities
- Encourage skill-building, independence, and community participation
- Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain simple shift notes and communicate with coordinators as needed
Requirements
- Male support worker, aged 23–35 (as requested by specific clients)
- Fluent spoken English and clear communication skills
- Current driver’s Licence and reliable car
- Willingness to travel across Burwood, Doncaster, Pakenham, Ringwood, and surrounding suburbs
- Availability for casual shifts including weekdays and/or weekends
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or similar (preferred but not essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificate

Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
