About the Role:
You’ll be part of a small team providing 1:1 care in a warm, nurturing home environment. The role involves:
- Supporting communication using AAC (training provided)
- Sensory regulation and engagement in meaningful activities
- Personal care and mealtime support
- Light domestic assistance related to the participant
- Supporting family routines and outings
- Following consistent routines and strategies developed with allied health professionals

You’ll Need:
- Experience supporting people with disabilities or complex needs (or willingness to learn)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- First Aid + CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
Location: Port Macquarie
Hours: Mix of day, evening, and overnight shifts across a rotating roster
Pay: In line with the current NDIS price guide, (ABN)
