Universal Fitness is expanding, and we’re excited to be launching our brand-new Swim School at Pemulwuy. We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Swim School Manager to lead the program, build a strong team, and deliver an outstanding experience to our community.
About the Role:
As the Swim School Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the swim school, including:
- Recruiting, training, and managing swim instructors.
- Creating and implementing lesson timetables.
- Ensuring high safety and teaching standards.
- Driving growth through enrolments and community engagement.
- Delivering excellent customer service for families and members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in swim school management or aquatic program coordination.
- Current Austswim/Swim Australia Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety (or equivalent).
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passion for water safety, children’s development, and community wellbeing.
