About the Role:
As Swim School Support, you report directly to the Swim School Manager and assist in managing the day-to-day operations, mentor your team, and ensure a fun, safe, and productive experience for our little fish. You’ll teach life-saving skills with a play-based approach and help enhance the swim school experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting and motivating teams
A customer-first mindset with relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A passion for growth, both personally and for your team
A proactive, adaptable approach to dynamic environments
Minimum 15-30 hours per week with one weekend shift essential
What You’ll Need:
Availability for at least one weekend shift
Current Blue Card and CPR certification
Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification (we can help you get this if you don’t have it)
Pool Lifeguard qualification (or willingness to obtain one)
Your leadership will inspire and empower the crew. You’ll lead by example and create a dynamic space where every swim and smile is unforgettable.
