We’re currently looking for vibrant, values-led Swim Teachers to join our Crew at our new venue in Morayfield. Whether you’re chasing your first job or your forever-career, this could be the beginning of something fintastic.

What you’ll be doing:
Deliver play-based lessons that spark joy and confidence in every little fish.
Create a safe, inclusive environment for children and families to feel welcome and seen.
Celebrate progress in meaningful ways that make kids feel like champions.
Support day-to-day operations with energy, empathy, and a big-hearted approach.
To dive in, you’ll need (or be willing to get):
A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
CPR certification
Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification
Confidence communicating with children and families
