What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Swim Teachers (or those willing to train)
- Great communication and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Experience or interest in customer service / front-of-house operations
- Ability to lead a shift or step up as Team Leader when required
- Confident multitasker who thrives in a busy environment
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Current CPR (or willingness to obtain)
In This Role, You Will:
- Deliver fun, safe and engaging swim lessons for all ages
- Welcome families and handle customer enquiries at reception
- Support shift operations, staff coordination, and facility standards
- Bring a positive, solutions-focused approach to every interaction
