About the role
The responsibilities of this position include but are not exclusive to
- Water testing and balancing using BioLab testing equipment and chemicals.
- Pool Cleaning in accordance with Poolside Cairns Operating Standards and Procedures
- Equipment Cleaning in accordance with Poolside Cairns operating standards and procedures
- Equipment Repair in accordance with Poolside Cairns Operating Standards and Pro
- Maintaining digital service records and drafting invoices.
- Installing equipment such as Pumps, Filters and Chlorinators
- Logging equipment faults and informing management of faulty equipment

Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.
No previous pool experience required, although will be seen as favorable. Full training will be provided.
Basic understanding of water chemistry
Basic mechanical knowledge
Technologically able as we are a paperless company
Take pride in your work and personal presentation.
Attention to detail is a must
Customer Service is a high priority
