We are looking to recruit an experienced Food and Beverage Systems Support Analyst to join our high performance IT Service Delivery team on a Permanent Full Time basis, with the successful candidate to work from our Macquarie Park (Sydney) office.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Technology Solutions Segment Lead and indirectly reporting to the Food and Beverage Solutions Manager, the F&B Systems Support Analyst will assist in the support of key applications such as Delegate ERP, Point-of Sale (POS) and Food Technology Systems.
Supporting the Delegate ERP solution encompasses procure to pay (P2P), menu management and inventory; the point of sales (POS) solution and other related EFTPOS and payment integrations across the following areas:
- Day to day support to Operational and Corporate users
- Supporting End of Month (EOM) Finance processes
- Proactive monitoring and support to all system integrations
- Assisting in change activities such as upgrades, implementations, security remediation, testing and reviews.
- Development and maintenance of system documentation and training materials.
As required, the role will also undertake data management and monitoring of automation tools, identifying gaps and improvements for potential technology solutions and assessing them for business suitability.

What you will bring:
The ideal candidate will present with excellent customer service skills, able to communicate effectively and build strong relationships across the team, the business, with vendor-partners and clients. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, management processes and tools along with industry best practices will stand you in good stead for success.
Required skills and experience for success:
- Experience in a similar role supporting Delegate ERP
- Exposure to IT Change Management and Service Management (ITIL or similar)
- Exposure to and basic understanding of Microsoft SQL and networking principles
- Proficiency in creating system documentation and training materials
- Analysis of large and complex data sets
- Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving
- High level time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
- Confidentiality at all times
Additional desirable criteria would include:
- Tertiary IT qualifications
- ITIL Service Management Certification or IT Certifications
- Experience with any scripting language such as PowerShell, Python, etc
- Experience with any integration technology or framework such as API’s
