We are looking for a friendly and reliable Takeaway Assistant to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving takeaway orders, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in person, over the phone, or via delivery apps
- Prepare food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Package takeaway orders neatly and correctly
- Handle payments (cash and EFTPOS)
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen, and front-of-house areas
- Restock supplies and ensure items are fresh and available
- Follow health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Provide friendly and helpful service at all times
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $24.95 – $43.34 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
