Your Opportunity

Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator roles are crucial. In it you'll play a vital part in Queensland Rail's progress. You will provide high-level support to ensure our recruitment process runs smoothly, from start to finish. This will also include managing our contingent workforce needs.
You’ll also:
- Act as the first point of contact for general recruitment queries including answering calls, managing the recruitment inbox (average of at least 70 emails a day with tight deadlines) and providing recruitment policy advice.
- Engage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with coordinating and undertaking activities for volume/bulk recruitment campaigns including assessment centres, booking of various testing requirements, maintenance of tracking spreadsheets whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide high level recruitment and administrative support to the Recruitment Team regarding end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Internal movement system administration and issuing Letters of Offer.
- Coordinate interviews and other assessment processes with various stakeholders.
- Administer psychometric testing and review results.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a similar role, where you’ve honed your skills in supporting recruitment professionals throughout the entire hiring process.
- Confidence to liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on business matters.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to ensure a positive experience for applicants and stakeholders throughout their recruitment journey.
- High level of initiative, self-directed work style and a solutions orientated mindset.
- Effective time management with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong skills, knowledge and experience working with databases, spreadsheeting and document formatting.
- Strengths in the ability to prioritise multiple administrative duties related to recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
