We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Partner who can see the value in our candidates and help them connect to Fresh Hope. This is a volume recruitment position.
Can you picture yourself:
- Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to pre-employment checks, contract generation and onboarding new employees,
- Keeping the process moving as candidates complete the pre-employment and offer stages, ensuring all the key parties are updated,
- Proactively sourcing for critical positions and building talent pipelines to reduce the time to hire.
