Key Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of three Sourcing Specialists, balancing workloads and growing capability
- Building and nurturing talent pools using Jobvite and LinkedIn Recruiter, and delivering a steady stream of high-quality leads
- Partnering with TA Business Partners to align priorities, execute effective handovers, and convert warm leads into active candidates
- Leveraging outreach tools, data insights, and employer brand content to attract and engage passive candidates
- Driving continuous improvement in sourcing systems, reporting, and compliance across the team
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment research, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage passive talent
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (preferably Jobvite), and job boards
- Attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a data-driven mindset
- A proactive, collaborative leader who loves building capability and driving results
