About the Role
Support a positive learning environment and culture through the provision of customer-focussed reception, administrative services and student support.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Provide quality customer-focussed services and support through management of visitors / phone / email enquiries, communicating effectively and displaying high level interpersonal skills;
Provide administrative support for student enrolments;
Provide administrative support for student services activities including student health plans, student data changes, OneSchool, receipting curriculum activity related payments;
Provide administrative support for the finalisation of end of year student checklists: lockers, health management plans, swipe cards and name tags;
Provide administrative support for the compilations of student records, recording exam and assessment results, photocopying teaching materials;
Management of lost property;
Developing rapport and expressing empathy for all stakeholders in the continued wellbeing support of students;
Support / backfill Student Support & First Aide teacher aide level 4.
About You
The right person for this role will contribute to the wellbeing of QACI's community by supporting our students and administration team. As part of our non-teaching team, your role and responsibilities will support an inclusive environment of care, commitment, challenge, and collaboration.
