About the Role:
We are looking for CRTs who:
- Have experience or a strong interest in working with disengaged or at-risk youth
- Can deliver engaging, differentiated curriculum across a range of subjects
- Foster positive relationships and a safe, respectful classroom culture
- Are adaptable, resilient, and committed to student wellbeing and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned lessons and maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences.
- Support student engagement and wellbeing in the classroom.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Uphold school values and contribute to a culture of inclusion and empowerment.
Essential Criteria:
- Current VIT teaching registration
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to engage students with complex needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
