Educator – Neurodiverse Playhouse (Spring Hill)
We are seeking a passionate Educator (B.Ed qualified) to join our Neurodiverse Playhouse team in Spring Hill. This role is ideal for an educator who thrives on working with neurodivergent children and their families, supporting learning and development in a play-based, inclusive environment.
About the Role
- Work with individual children and small groups to build skills that support readiness for mainstream school.
- Collaborate closely with parents and carers, providing guidance and strategies to extend learning beyond the Playhouse.
- Create engaging, child-led learning opportunities that nurture confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team that values creativity, compassion, and evidence-based practice.
About You
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent qualification.
- A special interest in supporting neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD, sensory profiles, etc.).
- Experience in early years or primary education is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful partnerships with families.
- Collaborative, flexible, and enthusiastic about inclusive education.
