Selection Criteria
- Approval to teach English Years 7-12 and English Extensions 1 & 2.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative teaching programs that incorporate explicit instruction and effective feedback and assessment strategies to enhance student learning and academic achievement
- Demonstrated effective classroom management skills which promote an engaging and inclusive learning environment, fostering a culture of high expectations
- Demonstrated highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and sustain positive and respectful relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the wider school community
