Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Superannuation Specialists
- Foster a customer-first, collaborative, and high-performance team culture
- Monitor performance and KPIs, providing feedback, support and development opportunities
- Allocate and manage workflow to maintain service levels and operational efficiency
- Conduct supervision and quality assurance of customer interactions to ensure compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer education and retirement readiness
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, policies, and best practice standards.
What we’re looking for
- Australian Citizenship
- RG146 qualification in General Advice (day to day appointments are not required, but coverage is valuable)
- Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to support and develop experienced team members
- Excellent organisational, collaboration and communication skills
- A professional, flexible, and adaptable approach to leadership
- Experience handling advice escalations
- Commitment to compliance, quality assurance, and ensuring CSC’s frameworks and tools are applied effectively
