Introduction
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team to meet and exceed individual and team monthly KPIs. In this role you will not only support your team mates but work with our customers, to develop and implement strategies that will support them with achieving sustainable employment goals.
The opportunity
- Providing employment services and assistance in-line with contractual and legislative requirements
- Assisting the Business Manager to co-ordinate and support employment services staff to achieve monthly KPI goals
- Support in maintaining and reporting statistics relating to the provisions of Employment Services to Regional Manager
- Employer engagement, build and maintain strong employer relationships within the community
- Be a support for your team and lead by example
About you
- Positive and motivating
- Pro-active management and team building abilities
- Experience within Employment Services preferred but not essential
- Ability to demonstrate successful outcomes and leading teams to exceed KPI's
- Drive to succeed
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in training, mentoring and coaching
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children's card and National Police Check
