Team Member

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with SOPs, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
• Take guest orders using the POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards as outlined on Sharehub.
• Maintain cleanliness of utensils and store them hygienically.
• Perform routine cleaning throughout the day and complete scheduled cleaning/maintenance tasks when necessary.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures, reporting any concerns to the manager/supervisor.
• Complete all tasks listed on the Daily Checklist, marking off items as they are done.
• Conduct regular stocktake to ensure accurate inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Finish required online training on 'Sharehub.'
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Follow directions provided by the manager/supervisor.
• Report maintenance issues, staff or customer complaints, or any other concerns to Senior Management.
• Accurately record time and attendance for each shift using the designated system.
• Comply with all HR policies available on Sharehub, related to workplace conduct, and digitally acknowledge them at the start of employment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.83 – $28.86 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
