Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Make and serve drink orders according to SOPs & deliver to guests within the target
timeframes
- Taking orders from guests using the POS and cash handling
- Follow the uniform and grooming standards outlined on Sharehub
- Keep all utensils clean and stored in a hygienic manner
- Carryout routine cleaning during the day and scheduled cleaning/maintenance
where applicable
- Follow food safety and workplace safety practices. Report any concerns to the
manager/supervisor.
- Complete all tasks on the Daily Checklist and tick off items as they are performed
- Complete online ‘Sharehub’ training
- Take part in any Team Meetings ‘&Training Sessions
- Follow any directions from the manager/supervisor
- Report any maintenance, staff, customer complaints or other issues to Senior
Management
- Record your time and attendance for each shift using the designated system
- Follow all HR Policies which can be found on Sharehub – these relate to workplace
conduct and must be followed by all team members. These must be digitally
acknowledged at the commencement of your employment.
