We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:
- Experience and/or detailed knowledge of technical infrastructure and end user computing environments - supporting operations consisting of corporate, critical telephony, computer aided dispatch solutions, mobile data solution and its networks, back-end infrastructure, system integration and various applications software.
- Substantial technical and application knowledge, particularly M365, and supporting end user computing environments. This expertise can be leveraged to advise management and aid in policy development within a large, diverse organisation.
- Demonstrated high level experience in managing, directing and coordinating internal and external technical resources within a diverse, complex organisational environment, specifically in relation to successful project delivery and achieving quality outcomes.
- Technical co-ordination skills with a proven track record of achieving quality outcomes within a corporate Project Management Framework.
- Extensively developed skills in negotiation, consultation and communication (written and verbal), with a diverse group of stakeholders in an environment of change.
- Experience in the standard Software Development Life-cycle protocols, Service Management and Project Management Frameworks.
- The ability to contribute to technical design and architecture decisions and experience in developing technical requirements specification, quality assurance and transition to support documentation.
