As a Technical Account Manager, you will report to the Country Manager and be responsible for generating profitable revenue in East Australia & Central Australia areas (includes, but not limited to Queensland, Northern Territory & South Australian geographical areas)
Products include but are not limited to Drill Bits, Borehole Enlargement and Coring services.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multiple customer accounts
- Generate and act upon leads or opportunities for ReedHycalog products
- Travel between different districts as required, including occasional wellsite locations
- Deliver customer presentations
- Plan and execute delivery of solutions to our customers
- Collect, process and interpret client drilling information
- Generate technical proposals, tender responses and other commercial documents
- Generate run reports, end of well reports and performance reports as required
- Maintain & report Area financials / run records as required
- Technical sales techniques
- Must have the ability to present in front of large technical audience
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience dealing with multiple cultures.
- Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas industry
- Must be a self-motivator, and possess an ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and dynamic market

- Must be a determined individual with willingness to remove sales road blocks both internally and externally.
- Must be ethical and conduct business with integrity
