About the Role
You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth in a diverse portfolio of trauma products across Albury, Shepparton, Ballarat, Bendigo, and surrounding areas. The region is evolving, with exciting new product launches — meaning you’ll need to think on your feet, provide tailored solutions, and seize new opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach, strong relationship skills, and the ability to support customers with ad hoc solutions that meet their needs.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement strategies to grow sales within your territory, focusing on new and existing customers.
Support surgeons and healthcare professionals during procedures, providing expert clinical and technical advice.
Assist in solving challenges by offering customised solutions to meet patient and customer needs.
Build strong relationships with hospital teams, influence decision-makers, and foster trust.
Manage your regional pipeline, track progress, and collaborate with internal teams to maximise growth.
