For over 20 years the Lizard Centre has been a leader in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Positive Behaviour Support and early intervention in Australia. We empower children with autism and developmental delay to live their best lives. We’re now looking for an experienced and confident Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with strong leadership instincts to launch and lead our newest site in Newcastle!

What You’ll Bring
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) – essential
- A strong background in ABA and PBS, psychology, education, or allied health
- Registered Proficient or Advanced Level PBS Practitioner (or working towards this) – highly regarded
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Self-motivation, confidence, and initiative – you're someone who makes things happen
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered, and outcomes-driven therapy
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and full working rights in Australia
