The Ticketing Services Coordinator supervises a team of frontline ticketing staff to deliver day-to-day ticketing systems administration, operations and customer management services. The role works alongside the Powerhouse program, marketing, digital and technology teams to support the highest quality ticketing operations, customer communications and services. The role will focus on the management of the Powerhouse Contact Centre.
