Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the product strategy to support small business owners to go live and acquire leads. Help business owners in different industries to establish a healthy business model via marketing on TikTok Live, and contribute to a high-quality live content ecosystem.
2. Research to fully understand the core operation activities in different industries. Identify and capture opportunities combining a solid understanding of live scenarios. Come up with industry leading product solutions for go-live tools, traffic recommendation algo, lead generation tools, marketing tools and so on.
3. Building a clear data oriented framework to understand our business performance and its key factors: Define reasonable data measurement indicators for measuring the SMB ecosystem. Continuously monitor and explore the efficiency and logic optimization of various functional modules, and constantly innovate product models and business solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross functional team efficiently to land important features, promote them, and to maintain a healthy content ecosystem: Establish efficient workflow with cross functional teams across the global. Collaborate with operations, security, strategy, and other teams to promote product usecases. Secure the cold start and scaling of new business models.
