Job Description
Assist with tour readiness by cleaning, refueling, and detailing vehicles and vessels to ensure safety and presentation.
Support guest onboarding processes, including compliance with permit conditions and safety procedures.
Provide operational support to the Tours team and assist with guiding activities as trained and qualified.
Deliver tourism experiences that increase visitor numbers and extend visitor stay, upselling other services and facilities of the property/park to visitors and guests at all opportunities.
Qualifications
Essential :
- 1-2 years successful experience in a similar role or front of house operations with a particular focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to perform physical duties including cleaning, refueling, and equipment handling
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with a strong guest service focus
- Driver’s license
- H Endorsement and Light Rigid License or higher.
Desirable :
- Familiarity with Respax reservation systems.
- Kakadu Knowledge for Tour Guides accreditation.
- Previous experience in tour operations, tourism, or remote area work.
- Passion for Indigenous culture, natural environments, and sustainable tourism
