Job Description
Lead the overall operations of the Tours division, ensuring high-quality guest experiences through exceptional service delivery, logistics management, and product development.Drive the recruitment, training, and development of Indigenous and non-Indigenous tour guides, championing sustainable employment and cultural engagement.
Maintain key stakeholder relationships, including Parks Australia and Traditional Owners, promoting respectful collaboration and community involvement.
Qualifications
Proven leadership in high-volume tourism operations, ideally in remote or regional Australia, with a passion for Indigenous tourism and cultural interpretation.Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, financial planning, and team development.
Driver’s license mandatory (LR or MR preferable) and Kakadu knowledge highly regarded;
H endorsement desirable.
