The Role
This position involves a variety of tasks to ensure our RVs are of the highest quality and ready for their new owners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Removing and installing interior and exterior fittings with precision.
- Performing minor painting tasks and maintaining cleanliness of display stock.
- Identifying jobs required to complete a vehicle refurbishment to a high standard
- Carrying out basic cabinetry/carpentry tasks
- Promoting a save work environment
- Carrying out QC processes before delivering for sale
Skills & Experience
- Experience with power tools and hand tools is essential.
- Semi skills in cabinetmaking, with an eye for quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently and pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of caravans, camper trailers, or RV motorhomes is a bonus but not required.
- Experience with fibreglass repairs and paint prep is desirable but not essential.
- Access to product trials free of charge for full-time and part-time employees.
- Clean, modern indoor facilities—work out of the weather.
- All tools and uniforms provided.
