Your Role:
As a Training and Recruitment Specialist, you will:
- Conduct and evaluate training sessions and programs in line with company standards
- Deliver accredited and/or unaccredited programs to employers and providers
- Manage learning environments and facilitate interactions
- Conduct work placement visits and provide student support
- Offer feedback and guidance on assessment outcomes and future options
- Ensure assessments are fair, reliable, and tailored to individual needs
- Help participants identify their skills, create career development plans, and secure employment
- Build relationships with local employers and community organizations
- Book industry guest speakers and facilitate training programs
- Occasionally travel within your local region to deliver programs
What We’re Looking For:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver’s license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check and pass a Working with Children Check
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in hospitality or retail management is a plus
