Role: Transformation Delivery Lead

As the Transformation Delivery Lead, you will lead and manage transformation initiatives that deliver strategic change, operational efficiency, and organisational growth. Your focus won’t just be on individual projects — you’ll drive the “how” of transformation by:
- Managing project interdependencies, resource prioritisation, and operating rhythm
- Ensuring robust tracking, reporting and insights to the Executive Leadership Team and Board
- Leading priority initiatives end-to-end, from planning through to delivery
- Supporting employee change management to enable smooth adoption
- Ensuring benefits tracking is delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Ultimately, your work will have strategic impact across the organisation, directly supporting the execution and delivery of GrainCorp’s “Big Rocks”.
About your experience
You are a results-driven professional with a proven record of delivering transformation and change in complex environments. You’ll bring:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience tracking and reporting across multiple large-scale initiatives
- Knowledge of change management principles and practical experience supporting people through change
- Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior executives and boards
- A collaborative, structured, and outcomes-focused approach
