In this role, you will be a subject matter expert, collaborating with various teams to make key decisions and contribute to problem-solving across multiple areas. Monitor and enhance operational quality across various programs.
Drive initiatives aimed at reducing variability and defects in business processes.
Establish process performance baselines and develop metrics for evaluation.
Facilitate collaboration among different teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Contribute to strategic decision-making processes that impact overall business performance.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design.
Advanced proficiency in Journey Management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
