What You Bring:
Join our Brisbane Depot as a Transport Administrator and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll also have the chance to cross-train across departments and support the team during peak periods and leave coverage.
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Focus: Driver paperwork debriefing, supporting the operational team with admin tasks related to deliveries and compliance.

- Multitasking- Handle a high volume of admin tasks without missing a beat
- Time Management - Prioritise your workload and meet tight deadlines
- Customer Service - Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
- Team Player - Collaborate with operations and driver teams to solve problems fast
- Positive Attitude - Willing to learn, grow, and bring energy to the workplace
- Industry Experience (Preferred, Not Essential) - We'll train the right person!
- Customer Coordination - Be the go-to for key clients and urgent escalations
- Driver Debriefing - Review and process paperwork to close out daily runs
- Freight Bookings & Scheduling - Manage delivery slots and customer requests
- Operations Support - Liaise with depot staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Admin & Reporting - Assist the Admin and Depot Manager with daily tasks
