Transport Linehaul Allocator / Operations Support

Quality Control Freight Management (QCFM) is a growing transport company specialising in temperature-controlled local and interstate road freight. Based in Sunshine West, Melbourne, we’re seeking a motivated Linehaul Allocator / Operations Support to join our team full-time.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations, including vehicle allocation, driver rosters, compliance, and customer liaison. The role also includes administration support, incident reporting, and occasional driving support (HC/MC licence preferred but not essential).
What We’re Looking For
· Strong knowledge of road transport rules and regulations, including NHVR, COR, Basic Fatigue Management
· Experienced Linehaul Allocator/Scheduler (min 2 years’ experience)
· A Certificate IV in Transport Scheduling (preferred)
· Strong admin/computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· HC/MC & Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
· Experience with temperature-controlled freight (advantageous)
· Excellent time management, organisation & problem-solving skills
· Weekend availability
