Your New Role - Dispatcher/Allocator
Business is growing, and with extended hours now underway, there's a new spot open for a Dispatcher/Allocator ready to contribute.
- Ensure that safety processes are adhered to, to ensure the safety of yourself and others, at all times.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily / weekly workload and develop schedules and timetables with clear, specific milestones and deadlines.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish collaborative business partnerships and positively influence and negotiate with others to achieve significant business outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative approaches optimizing manufacturing performance and service delivery targets and priorities.
- Strong track record of leadership abilities in delivering business outcomes within a manufacturing-oriented environment, inspiring and leading others, and continually promoting the desired culture and values.
Shift length: 8-10 hours/day
Days worked: 5 (Tuesday to Saturday)
What you will need to succeed
- Qualifications or significant experience as a Dispatcher/Allocator
- Forklift ticket is essential as well as experience operating a forklift.
- Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a minimum of three of the above key outcomes.
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Team player with a positive attitude
