About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Delivery Coordinator to join the team at Ford Warwick Farm. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the timely delivery and handover of newly purchased vehicles to customers
- Processing of all paperwork related to the registration and delivery of vehicles
- Work well alongside the sales team to ensure best customer experience
- Managing the customers experience throughout their journey
- Liaising with the sales and service team to ensure smooth handovers
- Be the face of the dealership for all customers that purchase from the dealership
The successful candidate will need the following:
- Experience in the automotive industry or in customer service is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy
- Must be organised and structured in their daily work
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
