Frankie & George is searching for a passionate, experienced Venue Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive service excellence at one of Brisbane’s favourite CBD cafes. If you're a strong leader who values team culture and thrives on creating great guest experiences, this one’s for you.
About the Role:
As Venue Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, uphold high service standards, and inspire a team culture grounded in quality, consistency, and mutual respect. You’ll play a key role in training, development, and improving workplace systems for greater efficiency and smoother service.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in a venue or cafe management role
✅ A genuine passion for team culture and people leadership
✅ Confident enforcing and following established policies and procedures
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills
✅ A drive to constantly improve systems, quality, and operational efficiency
✅ Specialty coffee knowledge and experience (highly regarded)
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and developing a high-performing FOH team
- Managing service standards, rostering, stock, and daily operations
- COGs management and maintaining budgets
- Upholding company procedures and ensuring compliance across the team
- Supporting training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
- Driving team morale, positive communication, and a high-energy vibe
- Contributing to sales performance and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
