About The Role
Anglicare is looking for a Village Receptionist to Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, provide residents with activity times/locations and provide transportation via shuttle service across the village. Welcome visitors as they arrive onsite and direct them to their various locations.
This is a Permanent Full-Time role based at Woolooware Shores, Taren Point.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Ensures that all residents and visitors are welcomed and directed to relevant staff or appropriate resident buildings and common areas when arriving onsite.
- Ensures that all residents are respected in a way that is special and unique to them
- Demonstrates awareness and knowledge of the village activity calendar, scheduled times and locations.
- Safely operate a transportation shuttle vehicle to provide access for residents to transit across the village and participate in activities.
- Support other teams across the village with tasks including newsletter preparation, posting notices, setting up rooms for events or other administrative duties.
- Ensures Anglicare’s Christian Values and desired culture are maintained
- Contribute to the safety culture.
Requirements:
- Two or more years’ experience in a customer service / receptionist position.
- Previous experience in Aged Care or Retirement Living is highly desirable.
- Must hold a current driver’s license.
