The role
As a full-time VIP Host, you will be instrumental in building rapport with guests and delivering a five-star service experience. Reporting to the VIP Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include welcoming and farewelling local, domestic, and international guests in the gaming areas. You will assist with membership inquiries, register prospective members for the gaming programs, and support the presentation of VIP facilities. Additionally, you will oversee general reception duties and entry management, entertain guests at Crown events, and assist with in-room promotions and events as needed.
About you
- Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service to VIP guests.
- Skilled in building positive and long-lasting relationships
- Language skills - Mandarin, Cantonese preferred
- Sound understanding of loyalty programs
- Proven conflict management skills
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards
- Able to work within a team environment as well as autonomously
- Work with integrity and adhere to Crown’s policy, procedures, and regulatory demands
- Able to obtain an NSW Special Employee Gaming Licence
- Flexible availability across 24/7 roster, including public holidays
