About the Role
As our Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you’ll lead the execution of captivating and brand-aligned visual merchandising strategies. You’ll collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team and field visual leaders to drive customer engagement and deliver an unforgettable in-store experience.
Your Impact
- Transform our store environment through innovative, trend-forward visual displays and merchandising presentations
- Guide, coach, and onboard team members in visual merchandising best practices
- Drive visual planning, sell-through strategies, and floor moves in partnership with leadership
- Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines, seasonal updates, and business objectives
- Support floor-set preparation and execution, including lifting and unpacking stock

- A strong background in visual merchandising in a fast-paced retail environment
- A creative eye and high attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift, move, and set up visual elements as part of floor changes
