Job Description – Volunteer Pianist/Keyboardist
The Church of Pentecost Sydney West District is seeking a committed volunteer piano/keyboard player to join our Praise and Worship ministry.
We are currently inviting applications from musicians who can support and lead worship during our Sunday services (9 AM – 10:30 AM).
The role involves:
- Playing piano/keyboard to lead and support weekly Praise and Worship sessions
- Learning and performing new gospel, praise, and worship music (music resources provided)
- Collaborating with singers, fellow musicians, and worship leaders to create a spirit-filled atmosphere
The ideal candidate will:
- Be consistently available on Sunday mornings
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment
- Be open to learning and engaging with diverse styles of gospel and contemporary worship music
- Have prior piano/keyboard experience (formal training is welcome but not essential)
This is a volunteer opportunity, ideal for individuals who want to use their musical gifts to glorify God while connecting with a vibrant, multicultural faith community.
