Nastic Gymnastics is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate WAG or Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach to join our energetic and supportive team.
We are a dynamic, family-oriented club with exciting opportunities across multiple venues, offering programs from toddler all the way to competitive Level 1–4. The club offers more than just gymnastics — we’re building a space for movement, strength, creativity, and connection, so other sports backgrounds are welcomed.
Locations:
- Rose Bay (Eastern Suburbs)
- Five Dock (Inner West)
- Wentworth Point (Western Sydney)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging gymnastics programs for one or all levels (Toddlers, Kindergym, Pre-Competitive, and Levels 1-4).
- Conduct regular term classes and holiday camps according to the school calendar.
- Create a positive, motivating, and safe environment for students.
- Assess and track each athlete's progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.

Ideal Candidate
- Coaching experience in WAG, RG, or both
- Bonus: Experience or qualifications in Pilates, Yoga, or Flexibility training
- Confident working with children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable — ready to contribute to a team and community
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Current First Aid, WWCC & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
