About the Role
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have prior experience in a full table service restaurant (a must!)
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are confident with order taking, upselling, and delivering a seamless guest experience
- Understand the flow of service from greeting to farewell
- Are reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Can work a flexible roster including nights and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Understand and communicate menu items confidently
- Assist in coordinating service and managing guest expectations
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
- Handle customer feedback with grace and problem-solving ability
